Mission

The Burger Mayhem mission is a simple one: Find cool places to hang that have great burgers and good beer. You would think this would be a simple task but more often than not I find myself with a group of friends hemming and hawing like some old ladies about where to go. Especially when the end result is some chain restaurant with frozen patties, domestic beer and a fast turnover rate to move tables.

In walks the idea of Burger Mayhem. A site that finds places you can get a fantastic burger and beer for the dough. A chance to hang out and catch up with friends and a place where we talk about the shit we like. We’re talking chicks, sports, and any funny “epic fail” we come across.

Don’t expect forgiving reviews or pleasant comments. This is about finding a good local “Joint” to hang out. It’s about getting off your ass, getting a pair and going out for a good time.

I’m doing this cause I love burgers. Not like, not enjoy but LOVE! It’s the food of choice and as American as apple pie, short skirts and Charlie Sheen . Hell the only thing as good as a burger is his little buddy the french fry. Or what I like to call desert. With a great beer (domestics need not apply) ya can’t buy a better combo for the buck.

As for my experience I am most qualified to eat. Been doing it for 37 years and I don’t think I’m about to stop. My goal is to review establishments you wanna bring your friends to. Joints you can hang and bars that do it right. I got an opinion on everything and I expect the best for my buck…. Yeay yeay !

I spent years working in the industry, honing my craft by working for a large fast food chain known for its large burger that shares its name with a malted candy. Oh, and by honing my craft I obviously mean I became an expert in what makes a BAD burger. Finding good ones should be easy. Finding great ones is why I’m doing this.
